From Nervous Beginner to Stronger, Healthier, and Happier
I have been in the gym on and off for year but gave up and put on loads of weight. Relatively new to the area and came back to gym and knew I needed help. was nervous about approaching a PT but Ian is so approachable and will talk to anyone so made me feel really comfortable.
Listened to what I felt able to do and issues I had with my knee and created a program that helped me and also one I could really enjoy. Now I have a new friend in the area. My knee is better than it has been in years and this is arguably the strongest I have ever been. Ian is also helping me get control of my weight and I’m having fun.
